Director, Operations

Ms. Ilten has over 20 years of experience in the senior housing industry in a broad range of environments; including independent, assisted living and memory care. Her knowledge and skills extend to multi-site operations and sales, as well as acquisitions, marketing, and business development, all with an emphasis on strategic growth. Eve brings a wealth of experience including but not limited to, Executive Director, Director of Community Relations, Regional Director of Quality Services, and as a West Coast Regional Director of several large-scale communities. In addition, Eve has an LVN License, California RCFE Administrators License, Colorado LPN License and Colorado Home Care Administrator.
