About Us

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_custom_heading text=”An Unparalleled Hospitality Experience” font_container=”tag:h1|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]Founded in 1917, Guest Services has worked tirelessly to earn the reputation as the premier hospitality management company and National Park Service concessionaire with similar aspirations to become the best senior living operator in the United States. Guest Services  takes great care and pride in providing best-in-class services across a wide variety of client sites,  including senior living communities, health care systems, full-service restaurants, government and business  dining facilities, museums, conference centers, school and university dining facilities, hotels, resorts,  luxury condominiums, state and national park recreation, and specialty retail stores. The Fairfax,  Virginia-based company and its subsidiaries employ in excess of 4,000 team members at more than 350  properties, which welcome more than 35 million guests annually across the United States.

When it comes to developing a powerful partnership, it takes more than identifying a few trends or acting on our gut instincts. It’s a process that requires an understanding of industry innovations and best practices that will make a real, lasting impact. It’s about understanding how opportunities align with your community and your residents, both today and into the future, and then creating the right plan to bring this vision to life.

At this stage, we present a consultative approach to creating the ideal experience that begins by sharing our ideas based on best practices and first-hand expertise. Our intent is to demonstrate the path to building a great partnership, with our organizations working together to bring a collaborative vision into focus.

We were looking for a partner that would come in and help us rise to a level of service to where we were competing with like dining venues on 5th Avenue in Naples—the local country clubs here in the Naples area. So we went through a process of looking at several organizations on a national level and selected Guest Services because we believed they had the best ability to help us customize a special program.
